Instructions for use:
- Assembly: Place the vise on the workbench, align the holes in the base with the holes in the table, screw with screws of the appropriate grade and length; tighten evenly.
- Workpiece Clamping: Clean the jaw surfaces and the fastener. Position the workpiece, press the jaws to the contact, then tighten smoothly until a stable grip is achieved. Do not use lever extensions.
- Work: Determine the position for the tool, check that the workpiece is supported and does not interfere with the tool. When drilling, keep a moderate feed to avoid slipping of the workpiece.
- Maintenance: After work, clean the vise of chips, wipe the work surfaces, lightly lubricate the lead screw and guides. Store in a dry place to limit corrosion.
