- Assembly: Firmly fix the vise to the workbench so that it does not move during operation. Make sure the table top is stiff and can withstand the loads.
- Setting: Unlock the rotation mechanisms, set the position horizontally (360° foot) and vertically (head 360°) as needed, use the scale to control the angle, then lock the settings.
- Clamp: Place the component between the jaws and tighten the vise screw evenly, without using extensions. For pipes, use the pipe jaw side. Do not exceed a maximum opening of 150 mm.
- Workpiece protection: Use jaw protection inserts for fragile components to avoid dents.
- Safety: Use safety glasses when processing; do not hit the vise screw with a hammer; Use the anvil only for light shaping work.
