2-IMPORTANT WARNING FOR USE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE FLAME GAS TORCH
1) Only use in well ventilated areas.
2) Do not modify appliance. The manufactory does not accept any responsibility for problems arising due to:
Incorrect usage of the appliance
Carelessness during usage of the appliance
Fitting of wrong components (gas cartridge, spare parts, accessories)
3) Before inserting the gas cartridge, reading the instructions printed on the gas cartridge
4) Removing and fitting of the gas cartridge should be done outside.
5) Ensure the appliance is kept out of reach of children.
6) Do not use the appliance if the washer is in bad condition or damaged.
7) Do not use the appliance if there is any gas leaks, if it is damaged or it is not working correctly.
8) In the case of gas leaks, place the appliance outside away from flames and other inflammable sources or materials. Find the gas leak outside, use soapy water and never a naked flame.
9) In order to use the appliance in the proper and safe way:
Use this appliance always on a horizontal position and assure that the support surface of the appliance is horizontal. In this way you can obtain best performances, proper and safe flame, avoiding that an uncontrolled flame comes out from the burner.
Do not shakes the appliance before and during use.
10) The appliance must not be used near inflammable materials.
11) Ensure the knob of the gas tap is fully closed before inserting or replacing the gas cartridge.
3-WORKING INSTRUCTIONS
a. INSERTION OR REPLACEMENT OF THE GAS CARTRIDGE
1) Cartridge shall be changed in outside, away from any sources of ignition, such as naked flames, pilots, electric fires and away from other people.
2) Check that the cartridge is empty before changing it (shake to hear the
noise made by the liquid).
3) Close carefully the tap of the appliance.
4) Ensure that the pin washer is in perfect condition. If any distortion, follow instruction under point
5) Ensure the gas cartridge to be replaced is completely empty before inserting a new one. Never change a cartridge unless the appliance is shut off.
6) Check the seals before connecting a new cartridge to the appliance.
7) Twist off the cartridge holder and take out the empty cartridge.
8) Insert the gas cartridge and the steel support.
9) Twist onto the cartridge holder.
b. LIGHTING OF THE FLAME GAS TORCH
1) Ensure that there is no gas leakage.
2) Press the red button after the opening of the gas tap.
3) To regulate the intensity of the flame, slightly open or close the knob of the gas tap.
4) The phenomenon of flaring which may be occurred during warming up period or if the appliance is moved.
c. SHUTDOWN OF THE FLAME GAS TORCH
To shutdown the blowtorch, the control knob of the gas tap must be fully closed. After using this appliance, wait until the blowtorch cools down completely.
d. ADJUST THE RATE
CAUTION: accessible parts may become very hot.
Keep young children away from the appliance.
