Instructions For Use:
1) Rivet selection: choose 3.2/4.0/4.8mm diameter and material (Al/Steel/INOX) suitable for the components to be joined and the working conditions.
2) Hole preparation: drill a hole with a diameter according to the selected rivet, remove chipsand burr.
3) Rivet embedding: insert the rivet body into the mounting hole, insert the rivet shank into the jaws of the riveting machine.
4) Riveting: tighten the levers until the stem breaks; perform several clamping cycles if necessary.
5) Finishing: make sure the rivet head adheres to the material and the shank has been broken off; remove the broken stem from the tank or jaws.
6) Inspection: check the stability of the connection; in case of slack, use a larger rivet or verify the diameter of the hole.
7) Maintenance: clean the tool from swarf, store in a dry place; periodically check the condition of the jaws and screw connections.
