Precautions For Gas Torch Use

1. Inspection: Connect all parts of the spray gun, tighten the gas pipe chuck, (or tighten with iron wire) connect the liquid gas connector, close the spray gun switch, loosen the valve of the liquid gas cylinder, and check whether all parts leak. 

2. Ignition: Slightly loosen the spray gun switch, directly ignite the nozzle, adjust the spray gun switch to reach the required temperature. 

3. Close: First close the valve of the liquefied gas cylinder, and then close the switch after extinguishing. No residual gas can be left in the pipe. 

4.Often check each part, keep sealed, no oil 

5. If the gas pipe is burned, aged and worn, it should be replaced in time 

6. Leave 2 meters away from the liquefied gas bottle when using 

7. Do not use inferior gas. If the air hole is blocked, loosen the nut before the switch or the nut between the nozzle and the airway. 

8. If there is a LEAK of LIQUEFIED petroleum gas (LPG) in the room, ventilation must be strengthened, and ignition can be started after the cause is found out and queued up (LPG is heavier than air, and broom should be used in case of serious leakage). 

9. Keep cylinders away from heat sources.  In the safe use of cylinders, do not place the cylinders in a place where the temperature is too high, do not place the cylinders near an open flame, and do not pour boiling water on the cylinders or bake the cylinders over an open flame. 

10. Cylinders must be used upright, do not use horizontally or upside down. 

11. It is strictly prohibited to pour residual liquid, otherwise it will cause burning or explosion immediately when it meets an open flame. 

12. Unauthorized dismantling and repairing of cylinders and their accessories is strictly prohibited.
