How to use the sprayer

1. Install the sprayer parts correctly. Check each connection for air leakage. When using it, install clean water to test spray first, and then install chemicals.

2. Before operation, prepare pesticides according to the operating procedures and strictly abide by the use of medicines. Before filling the liquid medicine tank, the switch must be turned off to avoid leakage of the liquid medicine. The liquid medicine should be filtered by a filter screen, and the liquid level of the liquid medicine liquid should not exceed the safe water level.

3. Put the sprayer behind your back, hold the pressure rod in your left hand and press it up and down to a certain pressure (the number of pressing times is about 30 times/min), turn on the switch with the handle of the spray rod in your right hand and swing the spray rod, according to the plants being sprayed (or area) to adjust the size of the switch, so that the nozzle can spray up and down or left and right as required.

4. When the chemical solution is first loaded, since the air chamber and the spray rod contain clean water, the concentration of the chemical solution sprayed out in the first 2 to 3 minutes of spraying is low, so attention should be paid to supplementary spraying, so as not to affect the control effect of pests and diseases.

5. Pay attention when spraying, cooperate with hands and eyes, and use rhythm with force. Aim the nozzle to spray pesticides on the plant parts affected by diseases and insects, so as to be thoughtful, uniform, correct and safe.

6. After the work is completed, the residual liquid medicine in the barrel should be poured out in time, washed with clean water and dried. At the same time, check whether there is water in the gas chamber. If there is water, remove the water joint to release the water.

7. If the sprayer is not used in a short period of time, the main parts should be cleaned, dried and installed, and stored in a cool and dry place. If it is not used for a long time, all metal parts should be coated with butter to prevent rust.

8. Within 48 hours after the drug is used, if the phytotoxicity is found, it should be sprayed with 1%~2% washing powder solution immediately, or sprayed with clean water several times to alleviate the phytotoxicity and reduce the loss.
