How To Choose Ironing Board

1. Appearance: It mainly depends on whether the overall shape is novel, whether the style is beautiful, whether the color is coordinated, and whether it conforms to the trend of the times.

2. Check carefully whether there are rust spots, bumps and peeling on the decorative protective layer of the metal shell. Also check whether the surface finish of the handle and the assembly quality of the electric iron meet the requirements.

3. Model selection:

⑴Ordinary electric iron: The temperature of the soleplate can be maintained at about 170 degrees Celsius, suitable for ironing cotton and wool fabrics, but when ironing chemical fibers, the power plug should be unplugged and ironing by residual heat is very inconvenient.

⑵Temperature-regulating iron: It can automatically adjust the temperature and has a wide range of use. When the temperature of the soleplate exceeds the selected temperature, it can automatically cut off the power. Compared with ordinary electric irons of the same capacity, it can save electricity.

(3) Air jet electric iron: It has high power and has requirements for the water quality of the steam jet water, which is not suitable for ordinary household use.

4. Quality selection: Ironing fabrics with an electric iron mainly depends on its heat rather than its weight. The iron with a cast iron soleplate is heavier and has a slow heating speed, that is, a long heating time, so it consumes electricity. However, the heat storage capacity is strong. Under the condition of the same power, a heavy electric iron can make full use of its waste heat, and an electric iron with an aluminum alloy soleplate has a fast heating speed, that is, a short heating time, which saves electricity and is used. Lightweight and flexible, it will not rust after a period of use. An electric iron with a chrome steel or stainless steel soleplate is somewhere in between. Under normal circumstances, an electric iron with an aluminum alloy soleplate is better.

5. Power selection: Generally, an electric iron with a power of 300W or 500W is more suitable.
